Atul Khadka
Atul joined the Capkon team in 2020 as a mortgage broker and was immediately inspired by the company’s mission to complement highest quality financial service with a truly holistic approach to customer care. In fact, Atul has such belief that he soon after started his Brisbane branch in April 2020. With enthusiasm, integrity, and drive, Atul became the youngest mortgage broker of CAPKON Brisbane and was awarded the Rising star broker partner of 2020. His strong commitment and excellent customer service enable him to go the extra mile for his customers to achieve their financial goals, which is the secret behind his satisfied client base.
Atul has a Bachelor in Business Management (Bangalore University) along with Certificate IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage broking and specializes in assisting clients with residential home loans, Car loans, personal loans, Commercial loan and business loan. He is based in Queensland and is always eager to provide his services to help the clients throughout the process of buying their dream home. He is also providing assistance for the financial guidance throughout NSW, ACT, VIC, TAS, SA, NT and WA remotely.

Dr. Kiran Thapa
Dr Kiran is an experienced mortgage broker who specialises in assisting first home buyers and
property investors. He has helped hundreds of families and been involved in more than $500m worth of residential property transactions.
Kiran has a PhD in Finance from the University of Technology Sydney and taught finance/private wealth management subjects at UTS and Macquarie University. Previously he graduated with a Civil Engineering degree from Nepal before migrating to Australia in 2006. He launched Capkon in Sydney in 2009.
Capkon has grown into one of the most successful home loan advisory companies and has received national recognition. Dr Kiran has also been listed among the “Top 100 MPA Brokers” in Australia for 2017 and 2018.
